Email to Fax

FaxMate® enables you to send a fax from your nominated email account. The email is forwarded to our FaxMate® servers, where it is converted into a fax and redirected to the recipient's fax machine.

FaxMate® users avoid long lines for the office fax machine and the time needed to manually fax documents because they never have to leave their computer.

You can also send faxes away from the office, at any location you can access your email account.

Additionally, FaxMate® users can send a fax to multiple recipients, simultaneously.

To send a fax with FaxMate®, simply attach the fax as either a PDF, TIFF or txt file to your email. In the To: field of the email, type the recipient's fax number followed by @faxmate.com.au: for example, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Text typed in the body of the email is converted into a fax cover page. If you don't wish to send a cover page, simply leave the email body blank. FaxMate® also offers clients the option to customise their fax cover page.

Click send, and FaxMate® automatically sends the fax to the recipient's fax machine.
