FaxMateŽ implements a Fair Use Policy for incoming faxes only in order to maintain a competitive product pricing.

The FaxMateŽ service is provided using shared resources, and there is no explicit limit or cap on the amount of faxes a client can receive on their individual FaxMateŽ service. However, maximum monthly inbound pages have been calculated for each FaxMateŽ Plan type based on fair usage (outlined below). 

Users who exceed these fair use amounts will have their accounts reviewed, and may require a plan upgrade.

Please note: FaxMateŽ usage is based on the anniversary of the date on which the service was activated, not the calendar month.
