Fair Use Policy
FaxMate® implements a Fair Use Policy for incoming faxes only in order to maintain a competitive product pricing. The FaxMate® service is provided using shared resources, and there is no explicit limit or cap on the amount of faxes a client can receive on their individual FaxMate® service. However, maximum monthly inbound pages have been calculated for each FaxMate® Plan type based on fair usage (outlined below).

Users who exceed these fair use amounts will have their accounts reviewed, and may require a plan upgrade.
Please note: FaxMate® usage is based on the anniversary of the date on which the service was activated, not the calendar month.
