Keep your existing fax number

Keep and use your existing number with FaxMate® via one of the following options:

1. Divert your existing number to a FaxMate® number - Continue paying Telephone line rental, a call diversion fee each time you receive a fax
2. Port your existing number to FaxMate® - Stop paying line rental and avoid diversion fee.  See the Local Number Portability page for more info

* Customers with an existing 1300/1800 Number - change your answering point to a FaxMate® issued number and avoid porting fees.
