1.Three months free applies to the inbound service charges only.  Clients paying monthly are entitled to a credit of 3 months inbound service fees equal in value to the previous 3 months inbound service fees.  This credit is applied at the start of the 4th month.
2. Clients paying annually are issued a credit equal to three months of the service fees for the plan they have chosen.  This is separate to the annual payment discount which is already calculated into the annual service fee.
3. Clients to be entitled to a credit must supply us with a copy of their existing virtual fax service providers tax invoice.  The existing service providers tax invoice must be in the same name as their FaxMate account.   This must be supplied within 7 days of the signup.
