FaxMateŽ uses a port pooling system, and despite only providing you with one number, simultaneous calls received by that number are automatically forwarded to a spare port.

FaxMateŽ effectively provides 100% availability through our utilisation policy. While utilisation normally remains at 40%, in any instance utilisation reaches 80% a system upgrade is prompted to increase our number of available lines.
