There are two options for sending faxes using FaxMateŽ:

1. Sending faxes via email
2. Sending a Fax Broadcast
   

FaxMateŽ Prices for Sending Faxes

** This rate applies for FaxMateŽ Bulk Plan clients, independent of the number of pages faxed.

1. To send your faxes via email:
Step one: Set up a FaxMateŽ account:
1)  Signup as a FaxMateŽ client.
2)  Complete and return a direct debit authority form to cover the cost of your faxes.
3)  Complete and return an outbound activation form.
4)  We set up each email address for access to the FaxMateŽ outbound service.

Step two: Send a fax from your email account:

1) Make sure your email program sends messages in Plain Text format.
2) Send an email to <recipient’s fax number>@faxmate.com.au
3) Attach the file you wish to fax to your email. PDF format is recommended*.
4) If you wish to send a cover page, enter text in the body of the email. Please remember to turn off your email signature – otherwise any wording used in the signature will make its way on to the cover page.
5) To send the fax to multiple recipients, enter the first recipient in the TO: address of the email and add the attachment. In the body of the email, enter each additional recipient’s fax number on a new line with a prefix of 2 colons. For example:

 6) Press send to fax the document and FaxMateŽ will send you a receipt.

2. To send a FaxMateŽ Fax Broadcast :
(This option is recommended only if you are sending a fax to over 250 recipients)
Step one: Set up a FaxMateŽ account to send a Fax Broadcast:
1)  Signup as a FaxMateŽ client.
2)  Complete and return a direct debit authority form to cover the cost of your faxes.
3)  Complete and return an outbound activation form.
4)  We set up each email address for access to the FaxMateŽ outbound service.

Step two: Send Fax Broadcasts using FaxMateŽ:
1) Email your Fax Broadcasting document and the fax recipients list to us.
2) We schedule and send the Fax Broadcast for you.
3) We invoice you for the Fax Broadcast and deduct the funds via direct debit.
